Experience and Requirements

*7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow technical resource on delivery engagements in client environments.
*ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification.
*Hands-on implementation experience on all ITIL modules (incident, change, problem, CMDB, knowledge, service catalogue etc).
*Configuration and customization experience of all technical aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, etc.)
*Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.). Extensive experience with Scripting is required.
*Development experience of integration (SSO, LDAP, UCMDB etc.) is required.
*Assist with technical challenges across multiple complex projects simultaneously and prepare all client facing and internal technical deliverables.
*Should able to conduct SNOW trainings/customer side trainings whenever required.
