TASKS:
- Replacement of the Clarity Project and Portfoliomanagementsoftware with ServiceNow as a Pioneer Project
- Set-up, Coordination and Implementation ServiceNow PPM Module
- Project governance and support for the entire project delivery in GDC (Group Data Center)
- Responsible for the Project Infrastructure
- Serve as the Bridge between IT and Business
SKILLS:
- Strong Skills in Projects and Processes
- Proven Experience in ServiceNow ITSM/PPM preferably in Telco Context
- Strong English skills
- Experiences with automation (VMWare)
- Experiences in analysing business processes
