Senovo IT is urgently looking for a ServiceNow Architect with proven experience as an Architect:
Strong ServiceNow technical skills (development and archiecture)
o Incident
o Change
o Request fulfillment
o ServiceNow Catalog
o ServiceNow Service Portal
o Integrations (batch, Web Services/APIs - REST and SOAP, etc.)
Strong customer interaction and leadership skills
Understanding of Architecture and Infrastructure organizations and operational processes (ITIL/IT Service Management background)
Understanding of User Experience techniques
Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills - Ability to conduct knowledgeable process/tool discussions/workshops with customer
Responsibility of/Expectations from the Role
Conduct workshops to understand requirements and document user stories
Configure ServiceNow to meet customer requirements (incrementally via agile sprints)
Quality Assurance of work delivered by offshore
Ensure compliance to technical standards set by customer
Act as vendor single point of contact for customer English Oslo, Norway
