Servicenow Architect

Senovo IT is urgently looking for a ServiceNow Architect in Oslo for a long term assignment.

The ServiceNow Architect should have the following skills/experience:

Skills:

Multiple ServiceNow implementations as a Lead
Experience in implemening Mutli Vendor Co-ordination processes
Overall 10+ years experience with atleast 5 on ServiceNow

Must have:

- Strong ServiceNow technical skills (development)
- Incident
- Change
- Request fulfillment
- ServiceNow Catalog
- ServiceNow Service Portal
- Integrations (batch, Web Services/APIs - REST and SOAP, etc.)

Nice to have:

- Strong customer interaction and leadership skills
- Understanding of Architecture and Infrastructure organizations and operational processes (ITIL/IT Service Management background)
- Understanding of User Experience technique
- Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills - Ability to conduct knowledgeable process/tool discussions/workshops with customer

Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops to understand requirements and document user stories
Configure ServiceNow to meet customer requirements (incrementally via agile sprints)
Quality Assurance of work delivered by offshore
Ensure compliance to technical standards set by customer
Act as TCS single point of contact for customer
