ServiceNow Administrator/ServiceNow Support - London - Contract

Our client, a top industry retailer, are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/ServiceNow Support to join the team on a contract basis.

ServiceNow Administrator/ServiceNow Support Essential Skills:

- Licence allocation/de-allocation
- Deal with Support calls:

o Resolving user account issues
o User support for the following Service Now features:

* Incident
* Problem
* Change
* Head Office Self-Service Portal
* Other Self-Service Portals (such as JL.com/Capita)
* Facilities

o New group creation (including OLAs)
o Group Amendments (including OLAs where applicable)
o New Business Service Creation/Primary Service Creation
o Business Service/Primary Service Amendments
o Additional access requests (elevated privileges above those granted with a licence)
o Access to Sub-Production Environments
o Group Membership Changes
o Support of Reporting function

- Weekly licence management and usage reporting
- Weekly licence recovery for inactive users
- Ad hoc Reporting Training
- Ad hoc Report Creation for various teams
- Instance Management (housekeeping)
- New version testing
- Testing plan maintenance
- Knowledge Article Creation/Maintenance
- Logging calls with ServiceNow via their Hi System
- Monitoring Hi System for Scheduled Maintenance coming up
- Raising Changes on our ServiceNow System to cover any Scheduled Maintenance taking place on our Production Environment
