Service Work Stream Lead

SERVICE WORK STREAM LEADS

New Project to work onsite for Tier 1 client in Erlangen on Microsoft Office 365 Roll out. This would be a 6 - 9 month contract position for multiple Service Work stream Leads who would be responsible to get specified Office 365 components into production environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for work stream within the project including interfaces to other work streams
- Responsible for achieving work stream goals on time and on budget
- Responsible for work stream planning
- Technical concepts
- Service management concept
- Work packages for functional work streams
- Creation of status reports and budget tracking within work stream

REQUIREMENTS:

*Tenant backbone
*Licence management
*Technical knowledge of O365/Exchange
*Skype of Business
*Microsoft exchange
*Knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL
*Experience in Office 365 service design and service management

Preference will be given to candidates who have shorter notice periods and are eligible to work in Germany
