Service Transition/Service Delivery/Project Manager/Infrastructure/German
My client are one of the worlds largest providers of storage solutions and hardware. They have recently engaged with a large financial services organisation in Zurich and are looking for a skilled Service Transition Project Manager to join their team.
We are looking for someone with the following skills;
- German speaking
- Strong service transition and service delivery management skills
- Project Management experience
- A background in banking
Service Transition Project Manager responsibilities
- Being responsible for managing the migration of services from one storage solutions company to another
- Maintain policies, standards and models for service transition activities and processes
- Guide each major change or new service through all service transition processes
- Coordinating the efforts needed to enable multiple transitions needed to be managed at the same time
- Prioritizing conflicting requirements for service transition resources
- Reviewing and improving the performance of transition planning and support activities
- Ensuring that service transition is coordinated with program and project management, service design and service development activities
