Service Transition Manager (m/f)

emagine consulting is seeking a Service Transition Manager for our client the world's leader in Travel Technology.

The role is to support the implementation of a Project Portfolio Management ERP and the harmonising of Project Management processes across the business divisions, working with regional Champions' to drive, monitor and support the implementation of standardised project management processes.

This includes:
Change Management
Change Evaluation
Transition Planning and Support
Release and Deployment Management

Key Tasks:
Daily calls with Champions
Development of a Champions' Community with strong cooperation and information sharing
Development and Implementation of Change Communications Plan
Helping the community to understand and buy into the benefits of the PPM system.

You need:
Experience in the support of an ERP implementation
Strong Project management Skills
Change Management experience
Good grounding in formal service management methodologies (ITIL)
Experience in international projects
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Fluency in English
