Service Transition Delivery Manager, SC Clearance, Milton Keynes

SERVICE TRANSITION DELIVERY MANAGER BASED IN MILTON KEYNES, SC CLEARANCE IS NEEDED.

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Management this role is accountable for the effective delivery of defined Services through the Delivery Life cycle.

The Service Transition Delivery role will develop business relationship with customers and the appropriate stakeholders to help identify growth opportunities and secure extension to services being provided. This element will ensure services are delivered in line with standard service catalogue and best practice processes to achieve cost effective service excellence.

The Service Design role will ensure that new services are effectively designed, based on a standard approach and underpinning High Level Design requirements. This leadership role will be accountable for the successful and consistent design of services that are underpinned by the operational delivery teams.

Accountable for Service delivery of contractual service level requirements for defined services and/or customers.

Accountable for the repeatable and measureable delivery of services through the Service Delivery Lifecycle.

Ensuring delivery of customer specific Continual Service Improvement plan aligned to Delivery Strategy and Customer Satisfaction and Experience targets.

Working closely with appropriate stakeholders to manage service delivery and quality of service for their contracts.

Managing the interface with appropriate stakeholders to ensure new/changed services are smoothly designed, transitioned and delivered to live service.

Manage Service Delivery operational Risks and Issues impacting Service Delivery.

Input into management, development and maintenance of the Service Catalogue
