Our client, a global storage, software and services business, is looking for a German speaking ITIL Service Transition Consultant to take responsibility for a global infrastructure transformation programme.
Skills required include:
- German speaking
- Extensive an demonstrable Project Manager of multi-site multi-transition projects
- Extensive infrastructure service transition/management
- Expert ITL experience
- Six Sigma
- Extensive service transition of major infrastructure programmes
The end client is a global corporation and as such will be looking for the very best Service Transition experts to ensure successful delivery. End to end project management is key from project planning, budget control, execution, stakeholder liaison and delivery.
Extensive exposure to change management, service, asset and configuration management, incident, problem, event, capacity, availability, contract, SLA and supplier management all core elements.
This is a significant opportunity to work on a demanding, high profile and prestigious programme.
