Service Transition Analyst (Itil): Central London

Service Transition require by Progressive's £multi billion turnover organisation. Working in the IM Service Transition Team you will be accountable for undertaking service transition activities within the Service Transition team, in accordance with industry standard (ITIL) best practice, and will typically focus on delivering one of the core transition processes; service change management, service release management, project service transition, configuration and licence management or service request management, as agreed with Service Transition Manager. On offer is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a large end user organisation, with excellent opportunities for training and development. Key skills needed are proven commercial experience in a service transition role (as opposed to release/ change management), coupled with practical experience of working within the ITIL frameworks, ideally within a multi-site environment.
