Service & Support Analyst SAP

For our intenational end client we are looking for a Service and Support analyst SAP

Rate: €70 per hour

The candidate will provide methodical investigation, analysis and documentation in a SAP environment of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes and the information they use. They will work with clients/users to investigate and model business functions, processes,information flows and data structures. They will arrange, prepare and conduct meetings and workshops for a wide variety of audiences. Familiar with conceptual thinking, Information acquisition, Gap analysis, Commercial Orientated, Excellent communication skills and a team player, Experienced in SAP modules, Proficient in Business Analysis Techniques, Proficient in Information Modeling Tools, Information Usage Model, Entity Model, Familiar with Corporate, Industry and Professional Standards ITIL, Educated to HBO/WO degree level

Roles and Responsibilities:
o To help the organization achieve IRM compliancy in the area of developer rights (unlocked PCs and accounts)
o To manage and review incoming requests from staff around the globe for developer rights
o To administer the Developer Rights policy by intelligently challenging requests and providing suitable alternatives to requestors when applicable.
o Ensuring alternative solutions get implemented timely
o To provide great customer service

Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
o Investigative and analytical skills required to properly evaluate incoming requests for developer rights.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to elicit details and clarify requirements from requestors
o Excellent customer service skills required which includes the timely handling of incoming requests and providing clear communication and guidance to requestors.
o Strong influencing and persuasion skills needed to get requestors to concur with choosing alternative methods to developer rights
o Recognizes the need for continual improvement in processes and acts to achieve it.
o Working knowledge of application development and installation on Windows 7 and Vista to evaluate business requests.
o Experience working in global and virtual teams
