MY CLIENT, A LEADING HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION BASED IN LITTLE CHALFONT, AMERSHAM IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED SALES ADMINISTRATOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM FOR A MINIMUMOF 3 MONTHS WITH POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION. THIS ROLE IS WORKING 25 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 HOURS PER DAY MONDAY- FRIDAY.
- Working directly with the 5 Sales Specialists covering Europe. Managing Contract creation of all Service Contracts.
- Creation of all Point of Sale Welcome Packs for newly installed instruments.
- Weekly updating of Service Sales presentation showing total and individual performance figures.
- Managing the introduction to Service for all new Contract customers.
- Managing all purchasing requirements for the Service Sales team.
- Providing Sales support for specialists, raising ad hoc quotations as necessary, assisting in Sales Campaigns and Service offers.
- Maintaining our data system, updating customer records and contact details.
- Ensuring all terms and conditions of service are adhered to and all Controllership rules are met.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation, both internally and with external customers.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Takes initiative to make things happen, identifies what needs to be done and does it.
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products Ability to communicate in English
