ROLE: SERVICE REQUEST PROCESSING ANALYST - LEICESTERSHIRE

Thebes are currently looking to expand a Service Request Processing team on-site with a leading corporate client based in Leicestershire. We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors or strong Office Administrators with outstanding customer service skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where team ethos and hardworking are rewarded by the management. Due to the location all applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own vehicle, free on-site car parking is provided and there is also an on-site restaurant.

EXPERIENCE:

- CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
- Delivering efficient and professional customer service with the minimum of supervision.
- Experience of working in a Service Centre Environment.
- Training will be provided.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Apply the end to end support model to all customer incidents/requests and develop relationships with resolver areas
- Perform monitoring of relevant system queues dependent on acting functional role, taking action on all incidents/requests for customers within the agreed SLA. This may include ensuring tickets/requests are raised as soon as possible, following up queries, liaising with suppliers on delivery times and reporting. Accurately update all systems at each stage.
- Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner to ensure maximum service availability, ensuring that all personal targets and service KPI's are met.
- Escalate any potential service impacting issues to prevent jeopardising service level expectations.
- Ensure all operational functional/support roles and analytical tasks are processed in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of key systems and processes in order to raise the percentage of incidents/requests resolved within the Service Centre
- Support or cover for other team functional roles when required.
- Support technology initiatives to improve customer experience and help create a working environment which demonstrates high performance.
- Undertake any alternate support tasks as required to process data or provide information required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre.
