Service Representative (Employee Assistance)

My Oxfordshire based Client is a Global leader in Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing Services and operates in over 140 countries across the globe, they are recognised as a market leader and have an extensive portfolio of blue chip and Fortune 500 clients.

I am urgently recruiting for a Service Representative to join their busy operations team in Oxford. The role will be part of a large team that deals with inbound calls from clients seeking employee assistance or counselling advice.

You will need to exercise professional judgement and deliver an appropriate response ton internal and external customers at all times.

Determine appropriate needs of the caller within the limitations of the contracted services.

Identify possible risk crisis emergency situations and immediately refer those callers to appropriate resource.

Successful candidates will be university graduates or equivalent, with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office. You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals. Our operation is a 24/7 environment so candidates need to be flexible around shift working.
