Service Reporting Manager

Our Global client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Service Reporting Manager on a contract basis for 6 months.

The role will involve reviewing performance monthly, highlighting trends and working with leadership teams to monitor action plans, address issues and expand the scope of the service to other areas, and finally ensure that any required improvements are highlighted.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing monthly performance
- Highlight trends
- Implement action plans
- Address issues and highlight areas of improvement
- Understand the driver costs
- Drive performance improvement
- Ensure reported service is in line with the user and client perception
- Align with user experience team to highlight gaps between reported and perceived service.
- Benchmark against competitors
- Development of robust and flexible reporting
