Mission/Role:
One of our clients is looking for a Service Quality Specialist.
Tasks:
- Formalise the processes associated to the Improvement Plan
- Finalise existing tools/create new tools associated to the management of the Improvement Plan
- Produce the user documentation related to the defined processes
- Manage Operational activities associated to the Improvement Plan
- Contribute to Improvement Initiatives
Experience/Qualifications:
- Expert in Project Management
- Proficient in Excel data management, pivot tables and graphs
- Advanced user knowledge of SharePoint TeamSite
- Facilitation of meeting
- Fluent in English
