Progress Global Energy are working with an award winning oil and gas company in sourcing a Service Quality Manager The company specialise in well flow management. They operates in all the major hydrocarbon producing areas of the world, employing more than 5,000 people in 50 countries. With head office in the UK, the company has regional headquarters in Aberdeen, Accra, Dubai, Houston, Kuala Lumpur and Rio. They have grown rapidly in recent years to become a market leader in the offshore and subsea arena, with a strengthened presence in gas wells and land markets. Below is the specification The overall purpose of the job is to ensure consistently high standards of service quality for the Subsea Product Line across all operating regions and the subsea project delivery team Principal Accountabilities To improve service quality delivery across the subsea product line. Ensuring best practice is developed and employed across all operating regions driving a consistent high standard and approach to service quality management. A quality improvement leader managing interfaces between the SSPL and Regions to ensure understanding and compliance with specific SSPL QA requirements. Identify opportunities for operational performance improvement, propose solutions and plan/support implementation. Reduce NPT across Subsea operations working with the Operations Support team to develop, implement and maintain standards across the Regions. Work closely with the end client in ensuring all products operating documentation is current and appropriate. Contribute to the internal audit plan and assist in completing audits. Prepare, deliver and execute Management Reviews. Supporting investigations on operational service quality incidents and driving lessons learned. Job Knowledge and Experience Required Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent proven communication skills Positive attitude to problem solving Knowledge of QHSE practices and procedures A commitment to service quality and continuous improvement Proven managerial experience Operational experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage Engineering qualification and/or experience is desirable Knowledge of certification of materials is desirable This is a fantastic opportunity with a market leader in Oil and Gas who can provide the right candidate with excellent career development and a great working environment.
