For our client, a world leader in the financial sector, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Service Provider Manager (Network and Telephony)
In this challenging contract role, you will be responsible for the services which are provided by the company outsourcing partners. You will be the interface between partners and internal teams and will contribute to the highest possible service quality standards. You will monitor the service level agreements and your tasks will include the review of tickets, their qualification and the follow-up with the provider. The approval of request based on company guidelines and process optimisation will be part of your responsibilities.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is on 01/11/2013.
The contract duration is 6 months, with possible extensions.
Knowledge of English and German, both fluent, is necessary for this role.
For this position we are searching for a candidate with strong network provider background and service management roles. You have a strong understanding of network and telephony services and are used to working in client-facing roles.
