Service Provider and Carrier Support Engineers

Flint are seeking Cisco certified engineers for a long term contract to join a engineering team supporting multiple service providers.

We are seeking CCNA and CCNP certified engineers. CCIE would be considered as an advantage. Successful applicants will be joining a team of experienced network support engineers. You will be expected to contribute quickly to the analysis, resolution and escalation, if required, of service provider related issues. The team will be structured on a shift basis to provide level one to level three support 24 x 7. The location of this role is Poland.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You will have demonstrable experience with the following

- Problem Solving
- Proactive follow up of issues
- Technical Troubleshooting
- Test strategy and test execution
- Managing network issues for resolution with multiple parties, internally and externally
- Experience of working with large scale service provider networks, data and voice
- Experienced with installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting medium-size routed and switched networks
- Work collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless and video solutions.

CERTIFICATIONS

- CCNA/CCNP/or CCIE, (please include certificate number)
- ITIL Foundation or PMP Foundation an advantage
