RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE OWNER SPOSA
The service owner is accountable for a set of IT (cloud) services (IAAS, PAAS) delivered in a one-stop-shop to the Belgian end users/devops teams:
- Services road-mapping
- Services pricing models
- Stakeholder/User liaison (internal and third parties)
- Continuous improvement of the service features and delivery
- Liaison with providers and architects to define the technical solution as requirements manager
- Aligning the service development with the business' transformation strategies
- Service feature signoff for release to Belgian users
- Overseeing production of all service documentation, including the service catalog
- Overseeing service handover to consumer
- Keeping up to date with developments in the cloud provider market
Profile of the Service Owner SPOSA
- Knowledge of cloud IAAS and PAAS market
- Experience with requirements management
- Experience with cost models in a cloud market
- Experience with service catalog management
- Technical experience in operations as well engineering is a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Trilingual: EN/FR/NL is preferred
