Harvey Nash is looking for a Service/Operations Manager for a 12 month project in Switzerland.
The role requires the coordination of key activities in the support of Novartis' consolidation strategy for the End User Services operations.
You are responsible for
* Leading the activities around onboarding of resources from the chosen Service Desk provider into clients toolsets
. Coordinating activities between the provider and clients internal organizations
. Project Management activities to formally track actions/tasks to deliver to timelines
. Developing with key stakeholders the design required for successful operational implementation
. Coordinating design and implementation of network connectivity including the formal sign off related to clients IT Security and Quality requirements
. Managing the operational execution of tool onboarding activities during the transition phase of the program covering 33 countries
. Delivering regular status updates to stakeholders and management
. the accountability for the successful implementation of the Tools stream of the Consolidation Program.
Requirements
* The person in this role should ideally be familiar with operational procedures with a proven record of coordination/project management experience delivering to tight timelines.
. The successful candidate should bring excellent communication and coordination skills.
. Fluent in English is a must. German is a plus, but not required.
