Harvey Nash is looking for a professional Service/Operations Manager (60%) for a 7 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is about managing and coordinating computer support service delivery activities across various different teams to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient resolution/escalation of application support issues/problems.
You are responsible for
- Planning, developing and maintaining policies and procedures for carrying out application support operations
- Reflecting the operational findings into new/changed systems capabilities and the required communication activities
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise-scale, complex, distributed computer system architectures is a strong requirement
- Knowledge of the Oracle BPM technology and the way this is applied in EWS/EA PEBA is a strong prerequisite
- Knowledge of applications that are deployed on this platform is highly appreciated
- Excellent English language skills and the proven ability to work with global, virtual teams is required
