-Manage the relationship between vendors, L3 teams and internal customers
-Ensure proper problem and knowledge management
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Solid knowledge of Z/OS, Cobol, DB2, TWS/OPC and/or any other technical platform
-Fluency in German and English
-Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Management
-Good banking knowledge (preferable in the securities settlement area)
-Very good communication and presentation skills
