NextLink Solution, a Swiss IT Consultancy Company that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 years, has an excellent opportunity that can take your career to the next level.

NextLink is looking for a Service Now Solution Architect Fluent English to work in Hamburg, Germany for a contract position of 6 months + in a multinational client. You are able to work 1 day per week remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ongoing project to implement ITBM solution

MUST HAVE:

- Senior profile or mid level profile with at least 5 years experience in Service Now/Snow
- Service Now ITBM/modules (ITBM, ITSM, ITOM)/In depth knowledge of IT Business Management processes (Demand Management, Project Management, Finance Management, Contract Management)/consult customer and help them in defining strategy for their organisation

NICE TO HAVE:

- Hands on with IT Service Management processes/good communication skills
