SERVICE NOW ADMINISTRATOR/DEVELOPER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glendale, AZ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience working with Service Now!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Completion of assigned support and configuration requests as verified via closure of incident, problem, and change tickets tracked in Service Now.
- Documentation of all such changes.
- Tasks will include data maintenance, user management, reporting, data transfers and integrations.
- The role is needed to complete several upgrades and enhancements to the Service Now application this quarter and next.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Service Now Administration and Configuration experience.
- Two (2) years of Service Now Administration and/or development experience.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Any Service Now Certifications
