I am currently recruiting for a UK leading retailer for a Service Now Administrator on a contract basis.
The duties of the successful candidate include:
- dealing with support calls to resolve user issues/user support for the following Service Now features:
* incident, problem, change, head office self service portal, other self service portals and facilities*
- new group creation
- group amendments (including OLAs where applicable)
- new business service creation/primary service creation
Requirements include:
- weekly licence management and usage reporting
- weekly licence recovery for inactive users
- ad hoc reporting training
- instance management (housekeeping)
- raising changes on the Service Now System to cover any scheduled maintenance taking place.
