Harvey Nash is looking for a Service Manager/Supporter for a 12 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate to provide IT support for a local biopharma research organization.

You are responsible for

. Service support and technical support of non-standard IT solutions for researchers
. Small service design, communications, training and technical support
. Hands on technical support for non-standard IT solutions including label printers, Scala, training room PCs, tablets, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, IOS, MacOS, Citrix, Bomgar
. PC life cycle replacement scheduling
. Designing and drawing processes
. Training
. Documenting
. Solutions creation
. Some service management responsibilities

Requirements

. Apprenticeship in IT or degree mandatory
. 5 years in a IT support role
. English/German as business languages
. Experience of management of a service is highly desirable
. Experience communicating
. Languages
