My Client, based in London, are looking for an experience Service Manager with a proven track record to join a busy department. They require someone who is self-motivated, who can hit the ground running and has a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a service manager. Candidates with experience in Paediatrics will be ideal.

Requirements/Role:

- Must have minimum of 2-4 years experience as a senior service manager within NHS
- Have relevant experience in A&E or Paediatrics department
- Proven track record providing proficient service delivery and management experience
- Ability to lead the service delivery team, managing and training staff
- Delivering a high quality customer service
- Focused on Top performance
- Experience in delivering on targets
- Proficient in developing new plans, projects and projects into practice and monitoring outcomes
- Experience in work with and alongside senior management and team members
- Monitoring and reporting
- Improved the patient journey/experience & services, including leading on the redesign of patient pathways and other multidisciplinary changes in service provision through the preparation & introduction of patient surveys thereby facilitating and embracing smooth integrated services.
- Delivered & reduced 18wks referral to treatment, providing immediate appointment availability in line with expectations of patients.
- Realigned administration support streamlining procedures for better patient outcomes/follow-ups& letters meeting S.L.A with all stakeholders.
- Increased efficiency through lean management & performance monitoring, reducing overheads on equipment & staffing.
