Service Manager Lead (NATO)

Projektbeschreibung
* Ability to ensure the processing services are based on all required capabilities (including the high level capabilities requirements of service management and information management) and clearly describe how the processing service and its individual capabilities are integrated in the service management concept (SMC).
* Experience working with SLA's and performance targets for large complex networking and data center environments to ensure service processes conform to them
* Ability to develop and refine service processes and procedures designed to ensure consistently high service performance of all NATO ANWI Services
* Ability to work with contractor and customer stakeholders to ensure full service portfolio are validated and receive customer concurrence.
* Candidate must have at least a NATO SECRET clearances or equivalent.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
