IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Interpret, evaluate and resolve telephone inquiries pertaining to the functional operation of all installed software and hardware platforms supported by IT
-Analyse simple to moderately complex inquiries, resolve problems and/or determine the appropriate technical area or information system group
-Consult with IT professionals when the appropriate course of action is unclear
-Alert user community when a major problem is suspected
-Follow up on specific inquiries or requests to ensure user/customer satisfaction
-Report procedures and make suggestions for improvements
-Apply knowledge of overall systems & landscape as appropriate
-Perform related duties as assigned
-Deliver IT training courses to researchers
-Contribute to helpdesk procedures
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Very good English and German skills (written and spoken)
-Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
-Professionalism and confidence to interact with researchers
