Projektbeschreibung
Incident Management Consultant required for a 6-12 month contract assignment located in Skane County/Sweden.
In the role of Service Manager you will coordinate and lead all incident management work on strategic and tactical level as well as lead the incident managers in the operational work.
The ideal candidate:
-Experienced Service Manager with strong incident management/problem management background.
-ITIL Certified.
-Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
-Previous Scandinavian/Nordic experience would be useful but is not essential.
