Excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager with experience of Children's Social Care management within Fostering and Residential Children's Homes.

This interesting yet challenging role is to manage the Fostering Support team, Connected Persons, Specialist Fostering teams, 4 Residential Children's Homes and a Commissioning team.

Northamptonshire Children's Social Care has reorganised to ensure that each service has the capacity and resources in place to meet demand. This will ensure that you can effectively perform and make a real impact, taking your career to the next level.
