Our pharma client is currently starting a large program which aims to transform the current infrastructure services into a new operating model based on ITILv3. In order to help one of those workstreams, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a Service Manager/Business Analyst for Processes ITIL v3 Expert preferred

- Project Management Certificate preferred (PMI, Prince 2, Hermes, etc)
- Min. 3 years of experience in a major pharma company
- Experience in writing technical documentations (ideally GxP compliant)
- Profound experience with BMC ITSM tools
- Strong English and ideally also German
