My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking a DRT Service Manager with a extensive experience and excellent professional skills in documents, records and training (DRT). The successful candidate will have over 7 years experience in operations and systems management tasks and more than 5 years experience in service management of a global or regional service portfolio.
Required experience:
*Working in regulated environment (incl. data privacy, GxP, SOX)
*Working with internal and external service providers
*Budget responsibility
*Strategic planning
*Proven track record working with multinational teams
*Inspiring and trusted personality.
*Demonstrable leadership skills within a global Matrix organization
*Strong understanding of business requirements
*Working within a serviced based organization with a customer facing role
