For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Swisslinx is currently looking for an IT Service Manager.
As an IT Service Manager your responsibilities would be the following:
- Design and implement the service level management policy and processes
- Evaluate, recommend and implement systems and tools for service management
- Plan and controlling the availability and performance of the systems
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- ITIL expert
- Experience in coaching
- Fluent in English
- Pharma background
