Service Manager

Our Financial Services client has an opportunity for a Service Manager.

Key parts of the role include working with the business, functional areas, and service providers to define and develop service descriptions within the Programme's architectural framework; promote the programme's methods and desired business outcomes; produce Service Definition Documents using best practice and standards.

Experience Required in the following areas:

- Service Assets
- Service Components
- Core Service Packages
- Service Level Packages
- Business Services
- Service Catalogues/User Request Catalogue
- Lines of Services
- Service Design Packages
- ITL expert

Financial Services experience is a pre-requisite along with strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
