* 1 year fixed term contract Monday - Friday 39 hours per week with on call rota duties
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager or Residential Home Manager to manager services across the North West. Benefits to the role include a company laptop and mobile phone, career opportunities and the opportunity to work for a national care organisation.
The role involves rota management and ensuring services are fully staffed, recruitment and staff retention, supervisions, appraisals, liaising with local authorities, acquiring referrals and the manager would be expected to assist with rota requirements and provide care and support including personal care, community work and domestic duties if required.
The successful candidate will have excellent people management and communication skills and be highly organised.
