Services Manager- Oil and Gas

My Client is currently looking for a Service Manager to join their team in Littleport. This is a Senior Position within a Subsea Service Company who have offices throughout the UL. This position is a staff position based in Littleport.

You will be responsible for the Field Services Support, tooling and test kit, while also providing spares management and field technical support. This is a management position which holds a lot of scope for development.

Duties:

* Manage the Service Team
* Interface with the Director
* Liase with the clients
* Work closely with the Design Engineering Group
* Ensure that the Visual Management system is used for all sales orders while ensuring that system reports are available to manage the business

* Ensure good management of Service Assets including tracking, utilisation and maintenance & certification is maintained.

You must:

* Minimum ONC in a Mechanical or Electrical Technical Qualification.
* Have experience in an Oil & Gas Industry operations business.
* Have previous experience of working in the offshore environment.
* Have previous supervisory experience of managing a highly motivated, fast moving but flexible team.
* Experience on MV power cables and hydraulic systems would be an advantage.
