Do you have previous experience of Integrated Service Management, Project Administration and execution of Change Management test scripts?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global company which is centralizing all global end-user service desks and is looking for you to help them coordinate the creation of new accounts and security permissions, create global ID's, work with local service managers to create new mailboxes as well as identifying tool defects, propose fixes and provide general tool support.
