Info-Tech are a Swiss IT Consultancy, working with international clients in the Geneva and Vaud regions.  On behalf of one of our largest clients, we are looking for a:

SERVICE MANAGEMENT PROCESS SPECIALIST

The successful candidate will support the Service Management process owners in the execution of projects, by:

- Driving key project deliverables (requirement gathering, design of process improvements, creation/review of standard routines)
- Updating Learning & Training material
- Coordinating testing activities

Candidates applying for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Proven expertise in Process design, Data and Software development in an international environment
- Incident Management knowledge
- Operational Experience with the management of IS/IT changes and releases
- Experience in communication and testing activities
- ITIL Foundation certification, as well as ITIL Change & Release, and ITIL Service Lifecycle
- Knowledge/experience of HP Service Manager and HP Quality Center would be a distinct advantage

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 6 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
