- Manage PCB (problem control borard) activities.
- Work on SLR (second level resolution) with FSS.
- Manage change requests for Easyvista application
- Work on FS SLA end users support.
- Help FS team to organise CMDB in internal tool (easyvista).
- Manage change post implementation review (PIR)
- Work on FLR (First level resolution) improvement with telecom operator

Contenu de la mission
- Main responsibilities
- 1. Manage PCB (problem control borard) activities:
- Based on monthly statistic of incidents, propose improvement to reach the targeted FLR. Proposed same approach for the SLR with FSS
- Collect change requests and organize the changes in the system
- Propose/manage SLA for each FS services
- Review/analyze post implementation changes and propose actions.
