Service Management ITIL v3 Certified Expert - Contract

Projektbeschreibung

We currently seek experienced ITIL V3 CERTIFIED SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXPERTS.

- You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of customers with the objective of improving customer satisfaction to drive better customer retention and maximize revenue opportunities.
- You MUST have a minimum ITIL v3 Foundation certificate, expertise and knowledge of ISO20000.
- Ideally you will have worked within the investment banking sector, have applied and practice ITIL on a regular basis and specifically around Incident Management and/or Change management.
