- Creating a logical, physical and detailed service design.
- In the existing customer environment the services are developed and expanded in other countries. This concerns the design and implementation.
Skills:
- University degree (computer science, business) or an education in the IT environment
- Knowledge of service management services
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Management, Request Fulfillment, Release and Deployment Management
- Reporting
- Design of processes (from logical to detailed Service Design).
- ITIL Expert level
- Knowledge of IBM cloud infrastructure and based mainly on the Microsoft Tooling (SCCM, SCOM, etc).
- ServiceNow is used as a core service management tool
- Verbal and written English skills
