Service Management Consultant (f/m)

Harvey Nash GmbH supports many of Germanys leading organisations to source, recruit and manage the highly skilled IT and engineering talent they need to succeed in an increasingly technology-driven world.

We offer some of the most interesting and challenging roles where you get to work with the latest IT Technologies with some of the biggest clients in Germany.

For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Service Management Consultant on a freelance basis (f/m).

Project Start: ASAP

Project duration: 6 Months +

Location: remote

Tasks:

* Perform as lead consultant for clients that are in need of consultancy in the Service Management field

* Technical lead for integrations, configurations, data integrations and the overall technical components within any Service Management toolset implementation

* Make sure that the solution meets the clients requirements, is architecturally complete, and all architectural risks are quantified, addressed and mitigated

* Lead the writing of the solution overview and presents the client solution to the end client and the Solution Verification Review

* Coordinate the costing/pricing

* Assume accountability for the solution design and the successful implementation of the full solution. (May include hands-on development, design, prototyping and/or other efforts required to keep the project on a successful track)

* Provide input into the Statement of Work and Joint Responsibility Matrix

* Develop compelling and approved solutions, designs or artefacts based on end clients requirements and our customers portfolio

Skills

* Strong understanding and relevant experience of Service Management Toolsets such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow

* Strong understanding of ITIL and Project Management

* Extensive experience in implementation and planning of Process reengineering and organizational change management

* Experience in providing the assessment of client requirements and integrated technical, business and service solutions

* Strong solution design experience, business expertise, and commercial acumen to develop leading solutions across regional and global clients

* Excellent internal- and client-communication skills

Specific Skills Required:

* ITIL Foundation

* ServiceNow Sysadmin certification

* ServiceNow implementation experience

Languages:

Written and spoken English and German know-how is demanded.
