For our banking client we are currently looking for a
Service Management Business Architect
Start date: ASAP Duration: 9 months Location: Zurich
Your tasks:
- design processes and methodologies for bank's Service Management framework
- provide documentation of processes and business requirements and liaise with IT/CTO on the tooling strategy
- run the Service Management Design Authority and review, assess design request on behalf of the Group Service Management Architect
- collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement target state of the service management framework
- define and document Service Architecture Guidelines
- service level management process and related contractual framework (SLA and OLA)
- support project management tasks
- coordinate the work of more Junior Analysts
The ideal candidate shall bring:
- experience as business process engineer, experience in business architecture
- experience applying business analysis techniques
- a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics, or science and additional education in process management framework (eg ITIL)
- business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry (preferable in the area of Service Management)
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
- proven business architecture experience and demonstrated successful delivery of complex business process framework and business modelling in a global environment in a financial services or technology environment
