Service Management Business Architect

For our client, a global banking company located in Zurich, Harvey Nash is looking for a Service Management Business Architect.

We are looking for someone like this who can help us:

- provide documentation of processes and business requirements and liaise with IT/CTO on the tooling strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement target state of the service demand management process
- Define and document Service Planning Guidelines
- Service Portfolio Demand Management and Service Financial Management processes
- support project management tasks
- coordinate the work of more Junior Analysts
- Resource will support design/methodologies for annual F2B demand based planning
- Key focus will be the service portfolio demand process and linking this to the financial planning process

Your team

You'll be working in the Group Service Architecture and Planning team in Zürich.

Your experience and skills

You have:

- experience applying business analysis techniques
- a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics, or science and additional education in process management framework (eg ITIL)
- business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry (preferable in the area of Service Management)
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions (you know what they really want)
- Proven business architecture experience and demonstrated successful delivery
- of complex business process framework and business modelling in a global environment in a financial services or technology environmentYou are:
- an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
- fluent in English
