SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY SPECIALIST
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY SPECIALIST to be a part of the delivery management team. The team oversee and support multiple delivery teams to design and build components for the strategic Credit Risk platform.
For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with Project Managers, Analysis, Development and QA teams to deliver high quality components for the Credit Risk platform
- Act as escalation point and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Work closely and effectively with other IT teams and Business Change teams across the Bank in all regions
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Contribute to ensuring the Credit Risk IT department adheres to new Software Development Lifecycle requirements
You must possess:
- 10+ years IT experience in software delivery.
- Experience in driving change and delivering high quality, large scale systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a global team.
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in process improvements
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload according to project priorities, for self and others
