Service Management Analyst

£280 - £310 per day

6 month contract

Our client is a FTSE 100 company and is looking for a Service Management Analyst to join the team on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.

Responsibilities:

- Analysing, interrogating and manipulating service data (including creating accurate reports and analysing reports and dashboards containing data and management information (MI)
- Interpreting reports
- Producing dashboards identifying trends and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Supports process design, updating and redesigning learning operations processes and standard operating procedures in the ARIS tool
- Updating and refreshing core service management documents such as SLA templates

Skills:

- Knowledge of Service Management & Project Management methodology (ITIL & PRINCE 2)
- MS Excel (using formulae and functions), CSOD,
- ARIS
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Office suite
