Service Line Manager/Service Manager required to work for a global computer technology company, on-site at one of their financial/banking customers, based in Dublin.
My client requires strong individuals who can each own and manage a portfolio of E2E financial applications, running the application management service.
My client is looking for candidates with proven application management experience:
* Service level management
* Major incident management
* Understanding business impact
* Senior stakeholder management
* ITIL Knowledge (preferably certified)
* Experience working with offshore teams
